Dj Pencil has been at the forefront of the UK Garage scene since its very early days. He spearheaded the scene on the south coast, running successful events for clubs like Slinky (Room 2 Switch), Slinky Balls - Uk Garage Room, Frequency 4/4 (Ministry of Sounds Baby Box) and many more events. He also held one of the longest running UK Garage radio shows on Commercial Radio stations on Fire 107.6FM (held for 10 years) and also produced a mash up mix for Ministry of Sound Radio aswell. Currently Dj Pencil is working with the infamous Cut Up Boys (Radio 1, Ministry of Sound) on Uk Garage tracks having countless releases on  Dj Fens label "Upcycle Records" ,Dj Luck's label "LUSH Records", Step2 Records, Captum Records, Trademark Trax, Bumping Underground Records, BWK Prejects label "Nine2 Recordings" and the Mighty 3000 Bass Records, the releases are being played by the likes of DJ EZ, Dj Shosh (Kiss FM) Jaguar Worldwide (BBC Introducing). They are currently have music being broadcast on TV for "Emirates FA Cup" this is broadcast across the globe on various tv stations. Focusing on creating new and interesting music that builds landscapes to be used on film, TV and radio.
